Since 2005, we have been building, elevating, and renovating homes in South East Louisiana. As the former owner of AVN Construction, Joe began his construction experience rebuilding New Orleans following the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina through the Louisiana Road Home Program (“LRH”).
